One of a kind full home country getaway on a working ranch, just 2 hours from Houston, Dallas, and Austin.
This is how Texas was meant to be lived.
The 3,700 square foot 5 bedroom Twin Creeks Ranch House with Sport Court and 3,000 sq ft of outdoor living space including wrap around covered porch, back deck overlooking the creek, and outdoor firepit, is the centerpiece of a 180 acre working ranch equidistant from Houston, Austin, and Dallas, and a short drive to both Texas A&M and Baylor. Â It has plenty of wooded and open walking trails to explore, a mile of creek bed, and a 2 acre pipe fenced yard around the ranch house and newly reconditioned Sport Court.Â
Ideally situated for visitors to the Ranch at Franklin, one of the largest sporting centers in Central Texas, the Franklin Safari, nearby Historic Hearne and Historic Calvert, or Texas A&M or Baylor games and visits, or a perfect set up for an extended stay or remote work/school home away from home. Â
The Ranch House can sleep up to 14 with 10 beds in 5 bedrooms. Ask us about renting the adjacent 2 Br bunkhouse if additional guests or space is needed.
Twin Creeks is a century old working ranch, and has been known in the area for its gorgeous pastures and the two spring fed creeks which give it its name meet just below the house in a pair of sandstone waterfalls.
